West side of the Notre-Dame. This cathedral is about the only thing I keep on revisiting when in Paris. It is such a lovely building with so much history. I am glad Sander enjoyed it too.

We decided to climb the towers to get a good look at the gargoyles. We first had to wait in line for a while, but it was well worth it. When climbing the towers, you start on the left side. Half way, you cross the top of the open facade connecting the two towers and continue climbing the right tower to the top. Reward is a lovely view over Paris of course, as well as many (many!) pix of gargoyles. They are just so photogenic.
