The cake. Two layers of fluffy biscuit pastry (sort of cake) with a filling of mashed apricots to balance the sweetness of the icing. First time I tried colouring icing. It took me about a morning to match all colours on the card and that was quite fun, though I didn't succeed completely. I felt like a painter!
