From ground floor, there is an elevator to the first level, say half way the 'legs' of the crane. From there, a small circular shaped elevator (photo later on) takes you into the crane itself, in the blue coloured section. The window on the right in the photo above is similar to the one underneath.
The blue part of the crane could be turned 360 degrees.
